End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Simple Issue Editor

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Simple Issue Editor for the Simple Issue Editor add-on ("Addon") for Jira. By installing or using the Addon, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Addon.

License Grant:
Simple Issue Editor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Addon solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your use of Atlassian's Jira software.

Restrictions:
You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Addon. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Addon. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Addon.

Ownership:
Simple Issue Editor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Addon, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Addon.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Addon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Addon is with you.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Simple Issue Editor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Addon, even if Simple Issue Editor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Simple Issue Editor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Addon and destroy all copies of the Addon in your possession or control.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral, concerning such subject matter.
